Blog post doesn't show up on Blog page

Every week I post on my blog. I have never had any trouble before today. While my post is published and can be accessed using the url link, it does not appear if I just click Blog on my menu bar.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Post do not appear in the Menu bat unless you created a custom menu and added dynamic category pages to it, or you created a static front page and page for posts to appear on.
Please provide the URL of the post and specify exactly where you expected it to appear on the menu bar.

Thanks for replying, Timethief. I didn’t mean that the post shows up in the menu bar. My menu bar has “Blog” as a choice, and normally when you click it, my most recent post shows up. Today if you click “Blog” the latest blog doesn’t appear, the one prior to it does. Two things have happened since last week when I successfully posted my weekly blog post. 1. I changed my email in MailChimp to my domain email instead of Gmail. 2. I updated plug-ins. Not sure if either of these would cause this to happen
