blog post featured pics in penscratch

  Is there anyway to adjust the settings in this theme so that I can post a header image for a blog post and not have it cropped? I am having a lot of trouble getting my pictures to come in full and at a good size. Other than that, I like the theme.

  Hi there!

  I understand you want to display the featured images at a good size on your website.

  The recommended featured image size for Penscratch theme is 656 by 300.

  Consider uploading a featured image which is at the recommended size.

  On most of your blog posts, the images are smaller, like https://messianicmenbook.com/2017/05/24/a-return-to-the-garden-of-eden-9-things-jesus-believed-about-marriage/, so you might want to increase the size of the image to make it look better.

  Featured images are going to change shapes depending on your theme and screen size. You can use images which have plenty of spaces around the subject so that cropping doesn’t affect it.
