When you upgrade to a Premium plan, you will be able to customize the look and feel of your site with CSS code. This will allow you to change the size and color of your text everywhere, but changing the font type is only available on sites with a Business plan.

and if you get premium plan, do you also get access to google adwords/ adsense/ tag manager?

No, this is only available on sites with a Business plan.

business plan – C$32.42 per month, billed yearly, this one correct?
and sorry its my first time using this forum
when i get a reply, is it a wordpress employee replying me back?
or any blog users browsing and replying back on their own accord?
If it is wordpress itself replying back, then can you email me details of the business plan other than what is posted here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
because in here, it doesnt mention about adwords or adsense but you mentioned it is included in business plan.

and is there wordpress customer service phone number or live chat section so I can ask whenever I have more questions?
    I cant find it anywhere…
Thank you so much for replying me back!

  • Hi there,

Just regarding your original question, there are several free fonts you can activate on your site via the Customizer.

For more options than what is available there you’ll need Premium or higher, as stated above.

That’s the plan that would give you access to using Google Adsense and plugins like Tag Manager, yes. AdWords is something different, though. That’s where you pay Google to advertise your site in search results, and you don’t need any upgrade on our end to do that.

I should also mention that with the Premium and Business Plans you can enrol in our own ads program called WordAds (yes, that’s a bunch of very similar names :) ), which uses Google’s Adsense along with several other advertising networks to show ads on your site for which you then get paid:

it doesnt mention about adwords or adsense but you mentioned it is included in business plan.

The Plans/Pricing page is there to highlight the features we offer for each plan, not to list the products from other companies you can use if you buy the plan, which is why only our own advertising program, WordAds, is explicitly mentioned there.

However, both our documentation on monetization and our advertising terms of service mention that you are allowed to use other ad networks if you have the Business Plan.

when i get a reply, is it a wordpress employee replying me back?
or any blog users browsing and replying back on their own accord?

This is a peer support forum, so most replies here are from other members of the WordPress.com community, but @senff and I are both staff, as you can see from the labels under our profile pictures.

If it is wordpress itself replying back, then can you email me details of the business plan other than what is posted here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

The only other details we can possibly provide is what’s mentioned in our support document on the Business Plan:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/business-plan/

If you have any more questions about the plan I’m happy to answer them here, but there’s no additional info I can email you above what is already available publicly.

and is there wordpress customer service phone number or live chat section so I can ask whenever I have more questions?

We do not offer phone support, and live chat and email support is included in all our paid plans. But you’re welcome to ask here if you have any more questions about our plans and their features.
