  with out login wp-admin.
  if there any method or API etc.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can use one of the blog editors such as Windows Live Writer, BlogDesk or Ecto. WLW and Blog desk are for Windows and are free downloads. Ecto has Mac and Windows versions, but is not free. Still at around $20 it is reasonable.

  To add to what officemacro said, here’s the proper way to copy and paste from Microsoft Word:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/microsoft-word/
  Personally, I don’t use Microsoft Word for that. It’s great for word processing, but not as great for website making.
