Blog post gone: Need Help desperately

Published a blog post last night.
Today it is absolutely no where to be found.
I my drafts/trash says i have items in there but when clicked shows up as empy.
I went through my browser history and found the link to the post but it comes up as empty.I have already talked with a customer support rep and they gave me a laundry list of troubleshooting to do.
Went through every single item on the list to no avail.Please i need help from someone on the administrative side.
I have the hyperlink, it couldnt have just disappeared.

I know, thank you for all your help in that thread. I followed all of your recommendations and scoured every bit of this website that I could. But none of those options yielded any results. I am hoping to find help from a WordPress.com administrator or IT support.
