Blog post has writing in it when previewing and posting I can not delete it

My new blog post shows all sorts of shortcut writings like font etc and gobbledy gook when I preview and post and I am not able to delete it without deleting the whole post. Please help!

Are you either copying and pasting from microsoft WORD or using an out of date Safari browser?

All that junk code is caused by you copying an pasting from Microsoft WORD as it’s not web compliant. Edit the post and delete it.

Oh my goodness! Now I see – I usually write in word and then copy and paste from there-thanks for the reply-won’t do it again!
