Blog post not loading once published

I have recently migrated my blog from wordpress.com to my own self hosted account at http://www.gorgeousgeorgesmama.co.uk. Since migration I have yet to make a new blog post, until tonight. I wrote the post as usual, adding media, this time however I have edited snippets, slugs and meta descriptions with the help of SEO yoast. Soemthing which I am new to. After hitting publish, I can view the post via my wordpress admin but the blog post link doesn’t load when I checked it. It shows 404 not found and this is the link it shows

Can I add that if you go to my site, then the post is visible but if you try clicking on it to open it separately or click any of the sharing buttons then the same error message happens.

gorgeousgeorgesmama.co.uk is a wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, hosted by Webfusion, not by wordpress.com
You are posting to the wrong support forum. That site is not on wordpress.COM servers and we cannot help with it.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
