blog post not showing connection directly onto facebook and twitter

  I have my blog linked to sharing Facebook, twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest. I did a blog post this morning and saw that it did not go to my Facebook page and to my twitter page. When I checked on wordpress, it shows that it is shared but not showing up on FB or twitter. it has previously, but I saw that the post today and the perevious one i did about a week ago have not shown up on these social media sites
