Blog Post Notifications Sent to Multiple Email Addresses?

  Hi! I am an administrator for a wordpress site URL: http://www.ayurmama.com and I would like to receive notifications for activity around the blog posts. When I go to my account settings>notifications I am told I do not have a wordpress site yet. Can the blog post notifications ONLY be emailed to one person/the original creator of the site? Can multiple addresses be emailed with blog notifications and, if so, how can I achieve this? Thank you.
