Blog Post Page Not Loading

Whenever I’m on my site’s dashboard and attempt to click “Blog Posts” in the left-hand sidebar, I get an error message saying “We’re sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred.” This has been going on for over 24 hours now.
This message is only appearing on my laptop. If I use the computer at my tutoring job, it shows up.
What do I need to do in order to fix this?! Or is this something on the other end that I’m just stuck not ever being able to write blog posts on my computer or edit old ones again?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing those issues. It sounds to me that your browser has the old data saved and therefore you still keep seeing those errors. I recommend clearing your browsers cookies and cache along with restarting your browser.
I would also take a look at this article for common browser issues that could interfere with your site working properly

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this issue. Thankfully, your troubleshooting so far created a solid clue that this is browser-related. If you have an alternative browser installed on your system, try to click on “Blog Posts” in that browser and see what happens. If that doesn’t error, then you’ve gotten closer to fixing the issue because it’s your primary browser giving you the error.
There are specific steps to dealing with browser issues you can read and try, whether you test the alternative browser or not
Good luck! This shouldn’t be a thing that lasts forever.

Hi there, my tammyingram7.com has been having the same issues for past 24 hours. I have done everything you have noted above, but no luck. Why are we locked out and for so long?

@booksareonlythebeginning and @tammyingram7, what browser or browsers have you used to access your Dashboard?
How did each browser respond when you clicked on “Blog Posts”?
I ask to continue to play detective in figuring out what’s causing the issue. 🕵️🕵️♀️
If you don’t have a second browser on your machine, it can be helpful for troubleshooting. Firefox and Chrome are two that don’t come by default on macOS and Windows systems. Download it and give it a try and let us know what happens if you haven’t yet!

Cleaning my cookies/cache/browser history worked for me.
I used Google Chrome on both devices.

Cleaning my cookies and cache did not work. I am currently on Mozilla and I shut everything down and still cannot access my 143 blog posts waiting to be edited.
Help….
