Blog Post Published Blank
-
I posted a blog post only for it to turn out blank for some reason and I can’t find any of my drafts from where it supposedly auto-saved it. I think I lost everything. How do you recover auto-saved drafts of a post you’ve already published?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Unfortunately this is a VERY common error when people use the New Post button on the grey admin bar. Never, ever use it. The autosave looks like it’s working but it isn’t. If the posts are not in your Revisions history, you may have to try clicking the Back Arrow till you get to the post. Sometimes that doesn’t work either.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-revisions/Always, always, create posts from the dashboard Posts->Add New page.

Thanks for your help and your quick response! Unfortunately, I’ve tried everything and it’s lost and of course this is the only time I’ve ever not saved a blog post in Microsoft Word, so my post is officially lost in cyberspace. I worked long and hard on it and I don’t think I could reword it as perfectly as I did the first time, so I’m not going to rewrite it. Thanks for your help though!

Happens to all of us, unfortunately.
YOu’ll be doing yourself a favour if you change to Blogdesk or Windows Live Writer instead of Word, though. It allows you to format your posts, add photos, categories, tags and title and then just upload it with one click. And it’s free.

I wish it would let me recover what it supposedly says it auto saved, but I can’t find it anywhere.

I am facing a similar problem with my blog consumerresourcesin.wordpress.com
My other blogs work perfectly fine, but on this one blog, I have to try multiple times.
I can’t figure out what’s happening

I’m posting what raincoaster already provided in a different format.
If the post was created on the dashboard of your own blog at Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New then you ought to be able to recover a lost post or page from revisions if needs be.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-revisions/
See also if applicable > restoring from trash http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash(If you are referring to a Page then see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-revisions/)
If you cannot locate a revision or restore from Trash the content has been lost and cannot be recovered.
I recommend:
- Always create your posts on the dashboard of your own blog at
Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New - Immediately after creating a post and entering a title click the save draft link. Thereafter, “click save draft” frequently.
- Always allow pages to fully load before clicking any other links.
- Never leave a post or page open for content creation or editing and walk away from it, or open another tab in the same blog and work on something else while it is still open. Save it properly and return to edit it later.
- Use an offline blog editor so you have backups on your own computer http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/
- Always create your posts on the dashboard of your own blog at
