Blog post retrieval

  I cannot retrieve almost 200 of my blog posts. When I scroll down through them I reach about 50 of the posts and then the scroller stops and will not go any further.

  Hi there, just to check – does this also happen if you go to the WP Admin view of your posts? (info: https://en.support.wordpress.com/dashboard/)

  Yes. WP Administrative Dashboard stops scrolling, leaving years of posts inaccessible.

  Further information: the problem started only recently.

  Formerly, when I reached the bottom/end of the scroll there was a navigation box which said something like “Continue” or “More Posts”; I cannot remember exactly what it, and now the box is gone.

  This is a critical and urgent request.

  The site you’re working with isn’t hosted here, unfortunately. That limits the troubleshooting we can offer here.

  But you could use the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot. That will let you deactivate your plugins and switch to a different theme without affecting the live site. Once you determine the offending plugin or theme, you can reach out to their support for assistance, or you can ask your host for help.

  Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.
