blog post ruined after updating it

    I have contacted the web designer that i bought my theme from about an issue i have with a blog post. they have tried to help but realised that this is a wordpress issue so are unable to help. But i am currently updating an old blog post that i wrote nearly a year ago and when i write it i was with the new editor but a month after that i swapped to the classic editor (the old version) so when i am updated the blog post it all became messed up. when you go on the desktop the text shrinks and shows only half way through the page and then it is aso repeated at the bottom. on mobile it is fine but the whole blog post is repeated at the end of it

    how can i fix it? because i have a few blog posts that i wrote with the new editor last year that need updating and i am using the old ediotr and i want to make sure this issue does not happen again

    when i am editing, the blog is already in the classic editor because i may have wrriten the blog post with the classic editor but it is still messed up. i dont need to update it to the classic editor because it is already on the classic editor so i do not know how to fix this issue

    the post is set on the classic editor and i may have wrote the blog post on classic editor but it still is repeated at the end of the blog post and it is showing only half way through the page

    Hey there @mariamguerrero, can you confirm what site you’re working with? I wasn’t able to see any on this account.

    If it helps, these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs. sites using WordPress code with another host.

    If your site isn’t hosted with us, for this I’d recommend restoring a recent post revision first, if editing the post broke it. Then we’d recommend contacting support for your theme, then searching and posting in the forums for the free WordPress software if you need more help.
