blog post subscription

  Our website is http://www.robertzhicks.com and I have JetPack plug-in for the Blog page.
  I have a person that when he tried to subscribe to receive blog posts to his email – he gets this message – “500 server error”

  I have put his email in for him from my computer a couple of times, and he still is not receiving the confirmation email form Word Press to confirm.

  If a request is sent several times – does Word Press block it so the receiver cannot receive the confirmation email?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
