Our website is http://www.robertzhicks.com and I have JetPack plug-in for the Blog page.
I have a person that when he tried to subscribe to receive blog posts to his email – he gets this message – “500 server error”I have put his email in for him from my computer a couple of times, and he still is not receiving the confirmation email form Word Press to confirm.
If a request is sent several times – does Word Press block it so the receiver cannot receive the confirmation email?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
