Blog post text does not appear on blog home page, only title and image

Add topic to favorites
Post content does not appear on home page.

Once I click on the title and image then blog opens, and can be read fully.

I had an image initially, in the body of the post, but then deleted it(even deleted it from my media file library as a precaution). I also cleared cache and signed out/signed in to give fresh update. Still the post does not appear.

Thanks for any assistance and suggestions.

Your theme is operating exactly the way it is designed to operate.

You can change to another theme here > Themes

No content is ever lost when changing themes.

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
browse themes until you find one you like and click “activate”
or type in the name of the theme you want to use and
click the “activate” link when it appears

After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.

Hi Time Thief,
Thanks for the prompt response.
As a point of reference, I created three posts today. Post two(“I Like Variety”) you will notice from my blog home page shows no text appearing as the other two.
That is my dilemma-how do I make the content appear just as the other two without having to delete the post and re-blog it.

Did you insert “the more tag” into that post? If so then please edit the post and delete it.
