Blog post there but not…

  I recently changed my theme and I don’t understand how I can post a blog. I liked having that capability because it was set up to automatically feed to my Twitter and Facebook pages. I posted a blog entry and although I can’t find it on my web site where I posted it (SO weird!) I did see in Twitter but not on my Facebook page. I am SO confused!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As far as I can see, your site has no blog posts, only pages. What does it say on the dashboard, under Posts?

  That I have 54 posts – probably 53 from before the theme change and the 1 I did last night. How can I get them to display?

  On the Settings->Reading page of your dashboard, what have you set to be the blog posts page? You have to designate somewhere for your blog posts go to, and then you have to make sure it’s in your header. If you are using a custom menu, you have to add it to the menu manually.

  Yea! That worked. OK, so now I have these 53 old posts that are so confusing because they’re from prior years. If I make them private I can still see them but can anyone else? I wanted to keep them around to update and recycle them if need be. Is that possible or do I need to delete them so I won’t confuse folks. I most definitely do NOT want them displayed.
