Blog post title absent what do I do?

Dear Support,
My first post on my blog doesn’t display the title, yet everything on that post edit appears the same as my other posts, which have the title and the title acts as a link to the article on it’s own on front page of the blog.
Why is it not doing this for my first post?
Additionally in the ‘posts’ section of my admin the first post displays a link icon before the title whereas the other posts do not. This is especially ironic as it is the one article that isn’t linking properly at all or even displaying it’s own title!
What can I do to put this right?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Edit the post and, on the right hand side, look for Post Formats. It’s probably an Aside. Change it to Standard Post.

Hello — I think raincoaster’s tip could help me too. I am working in Bushwick and setting up a new blog, now private until I work out the kinks. I tried to edit after I read this support idea but I am not finding the “Post Formats” tab. Thanks for your help. I thought I knew WP!!!
