    Hi there, how can I link my blog post to navigation menu items?

    Hi,

    I see that you’ve got three different category items in the custom menu. That’s a good start since each of them links to a category page. However, the category pages are presently empty because those categories have not been assigned to any posts. For example, you have tags assigned to the post “Probiotics (i.e. Good Bacteria) improve mental well-being,” but not categories assigned. Assigning categories to a post is done in the same way that you’ve assigned tags.
