Blog post with subposts, don't want the subposts to show.
-
I want to make a post. This post will have content of course, and a list of different categories of either items or places or whatever else in the post. Each of the items in the list will be a link to a post that will explain about that category and have the detailed information about them. Here’s what I want to do. I want the main post to show up on my front page, but the posts that contain the detail information to not be shown on the front page but only when you click on the link in the main post content. My front page is not static and I don’t want it to be. Can this be done and how?
TIA
LanceThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Within one post yes.You can make every word a link if you want, as long as it links somewhere. And pictures, the entire page can be pictures or you can use pictures at different points in the post, just select a place to put a picture and add.

Other than using a static front page, there is no way that I know of to publish a post, but prevent it from appearing on your front page.

How about making a post and then all the links going to pages. pages don’t show up on the front end, right?
