Blog post won't automatically publicize to Facebook

Hello
For quite a while now my blog posts won’t automatically post/publicize to Facebook. I’ve checked the sharing settings and the Facebook account is linked. And I’ve checked that the box is ticked for Facebook in the Publicize settings in the blog post. The settings are the same for Twitter and this is working.
My theme is Sketch and I’m having this problem with both my websites (both same theme) –

Hi @peacockartstrail, I took a look at your logs and couldn’t see an immediate cause — only that the post I checked had indeed failed to publicize to Facebook. Can you try disconnecting and reconnecting Facebook under Sharing to see if that helps?

Thanks for your reply. I have tried that before with no luck on victoriajarman.com but I’ve just tried it with peacockartstrail.co.uk – I’ve got a post scheduled to go out this evening so I’ll see if it works!
I do wonder if it’s a fault with the theme as I think it was briefly working for victoriajarman.com earlier this year for one or two posts but then has stopped again… Is a broken theme a possibility?
