  i want to post a blog but it is not posted under the Blog tag. but it appears only as a post. how can i fix it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just some definitions here to make it easier to understand what you are talking about.

  Blog: A website with content displayed in reverse chronological order.

  Post: An article on a WordPress site grouped for navigation and order by categories and tags.

  Page: A pseudo-static web page on WordPress for timeless information such as About, Contact, Schedule, Resume, etc. It is not grouped by categories or tags.

  Okay, now to your issue.

  If you publish a post, it should appear on the front page of your site, and in categories and tags you have chosen for it, unless you have chosen to have a static front page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/.

  If you publish a Page, it is accessible from a link in the main menu of your WordPress Theme such as About, Contact, etc.
