  We provide support only for blogs being hosted WordPress.COM and not for WordPress.ORG software installs.

  Are you referring in any way to the site linked to your username? http://www.jaccijaxon.com/

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  http://www.jaccijaxon.com/ is not a WordPress.com hosted blog. jaccijaxon.com is hosted by GoDaddy.com and we can’t assist you with it.

  As I have answered question here for over 8 years I know about 30% of all who post here some days can be wordpress.org blogger who accidentally post to the wrong support forum. Best wishes with your site.
