HI
I am posting blogs in multiple languages. It has been posted correctly in my categories but still continues to be posted on my front page even though I pressed the button to not post. I would like to know if I am missing another step or if I have completely posted it incorrectly. Thank you!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are describing normal behavior. There must always be a single page that displays all posts and by default it is the front page of the site.
By default the front page of your site at http://heartsjourneyworld.wordpress.com/ is where all posts appear unless you create a static front page and a separate empty page where the software will display all posts.
You have two choices and only two. You can create either a post or a page and this support doc at https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ clarifies the differences between the two.
Here are set up instructions for the theme you are using https://wordpress.com/theme/argent
What you want to do is to create a static front page, and then a separate page for all your published posts. You can do that and the first step is to create two pages and then designate them appropriately.
This is a one or the other situation. You have two choices on any blog
(1) All posts on the front page which is also called the home page and is the URL of the site by default.
(2) Or a static front page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ and all posts on a different page. In that case you can create a Page for the Home page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/#create-a-new-page first, then create one for your Posts/Blog. Lastly, you designate a static front page.
Optional – Create a blog page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/#optional-create-a-blog-page
