  Is there a way to change the order in which my posts are published on the blog? In other words I want one post to appear before a post that is already on the blog (so it all stays in chronological order). Is this possible? Thanks!

  Yep, just go to your Posts->All Posts page in the admin area and hover over the post title you want to change. Click the Quick Edit link and modify the Date of the post to change the order it displays in.
