Hi,
Having a blog (post) show up on your site requires publishing it. If you’re referring to a WordPress.com site, then see the Publish your Post section of the Posts support page.

Hello,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I have hit the publish button 3 times now. It updates, but nothing shows on the blog page.
The entry shows on the “post” page and it shows published, but when i go to the site itself and click the blog button, there is nothing there.I am doing something wrong im sure.

Hello,
What is the URL to your site so we can see if we can view it from our devices?

Thank you so much Mr John,
Would you know how i could add a second post button ? is that possible ? -
My pleasure! :)
I’m not sure what you mean by a second post button? The blog page will update with every post you make available. Can you clarify what it is you are trying to accomplish so I can better help you?

Thank you for your help.
What im meaning…
At the top of my page it has 3 buttons. Home Blog About
I would like to add a 4th button for other posts not covered in my blog. Be like a second blog section.
Is that possible or only one post (blog) section for the page.
Thanks again. Ketch

There is only one page where all your posts display. There are workarounds though.

Hey Ketch,
As themagicrobot mentioned, WordPress is designed to have one page where all of your posts would live at, but his resource would help override that. In the menu options on your customizer, you could designate posts to be listed there as you mentioned as well.
I do want to help clarify this a little bit though. A blog is a collection of posts. What you have on there now is considered a “post” within the “blog”. Think of it as a journal/diary. Each day you would write an entry into that journal of what happened that day, your thoughts, etc. Now think of those entries as “posts”, and the journal itself is a “blog”.
I hope themagicrobot and my posts helps clarify everything for you on that question. :)
