Blog Posts Block CSS Customization of Titles
-
Hello!
On the front page of my recipe site, I have a blog posts block of seasonal menu posts. The post titles are not adjusting in size with the rest of the text with the block customization options. Is there CSS I can use to make the post title font size a little bit smaller without impacting the rest of my site styles? I am running the Daria theme. Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Small correction, it is the Dara theme. Also, I have a premium account with access to the CSS.

Hello @cloverandthyme!
Thanks for getting in touch! The Dara theme is a classic (non-block) theme, so options for customizing elements like post title font size within a Posts Block are limited. These titles often follow the theme’s built-in styles, and block settings may not override them.
While it’s possible to make changes using custom CSS, WordPress.com does not offer direct support for writing or editing CSS. You can learn more about CSS here, or consider working with a developer, we recommend, the experts at Codeable.
If you’d prefer more visual control without code, switching to a block-based theme could be a good solution. Let us know if you’d like help exploring that option!

thanks for your reply. I was able to make the changes by creating a custom class in the block, and then styling it in my custom css. Thanks.
