blog posts do not show up when using Blank Theme

    Hi there,
    I have a page called Blog, which I’ve set as the page to display my blog posts, of which I have a couple, and they are published.

    When I apply the Blank Theme, the posts refuse to display in the Blog page. The Blog page is completely blank. It is set to use the Default Template, no joy. I’ve checked the Index template in the site editor (the default used to display posts), and I see the blog posts correctly there.

    Interestingly, when I switch to any other theme, all blog posts display normally in the blog page. It’s only when I use the Blank theme that the display fails.

    Are you applying Blank Canvas? If yes, it sounds like you would need to add a query loop block to the index page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/full-site-editing/theme-blocks/query-loop-block/

    Wit the theme changes, is there a site you’re looking to emulate or would you be willing to tell me more about the site you’re looking to build? I’d love to help and offer some insights.
