Blog posts not appearing in Reader followers not showing

  Hi,

  I’m actually about to go insane at this, because this keeps happening to me every couple of weeks or every few months and I’m over it!

  My blog is currently with WordPress.org, BUT, I have had it set up so that is still connects to the WordPress.com Reader, and people are still able to follow me through there. Once it works, it works perfectly.

  But then all of a sudden, it just disconnects. My posts no longer show in the Reader, and my follow button on my blog now shows I have 1 follower (which is myself testing it) rather than The 650+ followers I actually have.

  Every time this happens, I contact WordPress support and they fix it up for me, saying it was something wrong that the developers had to fix. Obviously, their fix is never permanent, so rather than me having to contact WordPress every bloody time this happens, it would be great if they could fix it permanently, or at least let me know what is going on, or what keeps breaking it.

  Sorry if I come across as sounding angry, but frankly, this is starting to stress me out like crazy.
