Blog posts not appearing in reader since transferring to self hosed site

Hello,
I have recently migrated my WP blog onto a self hosted wp.org site. I paid for the redirect, which seems to be working fine and my understanding was that as long a I had Jetpack installed, my posts would still appear in the reader. I have posted a couple of new articles but nothing seems to be showing up. I have also transferred my followers over and usually when I post a new article I receive a few responses but so far nothing, I am wondering if there might be a problem?
My old site is https://kirhammond.wordpress.com/ this has now been redirected to https://specifierreview.com/
Any help would be much appreciated?

The WordPress.COM Reader will display posts from any site thatyou enter the URL for here https://wordpress.com/following/manage
However, posts from self hosted sites ie. any site not hosted by wordpress.COM like specifierreview.com will not appear on the wordpress.COM tags or Categories pages as they are not hosted on wordpress.COM servers.

This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
