Blog posts not posting on blog page

  I’ve set up my site, but my blog posts aren’t appearing on the blog page. I read I should go to settings and then readings, but this doesn’t seem to be an option. Can anyone help me? Thx!

  You should be able to set a static home page and where you want your blog posts displayed. Here’s how to do that:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/#optional-create-a-blog-page

  I actually have another question you might be able to help with… I’ve inadvertently made my header into a link, that links to itself. No idea how I did it, and can’t work out how to undo it. Any tips?
