Blog posts not showing on home page

Hi,
I recently noticed that a number of posts are not appearing on the home page of our blog http://www.rediscoveryproject.com when we scroll down. However these do appear when we go to the relevant category.
For eg.. Between a post on Jan 17 (Our Travel goals for 2018) and another on March 19 (4 of our favourite places to eat on our Maha roadtrip) there are atleast 8-10 posts which are simply not showing.
Not sure if this is the only instance of this behaviour but it is concerning as it affects discovery of content.
Can send a couple of screenshots which will illustrate better.
Need help to resolve the same ASAP.

On the home page, there is a limit number of blog post visible to users. This is normal in any blog site. If all blog posts are visible together the website will take a extremely long time to load.
Scroll down and at the end of the page before the footer section, locate the button Older Posts. Once the button is clicked the next set of old posts will be loaded automatically.
Your blog post – 4 of our favourite places to eat on our Maha roadtrip – is already on the home page. When you click older post button, the next set of post will be visible and in that the post – Our Travel goals for 2018 – is also visible.
That said, I am afraid you are on the wrong forums!
Your website is not hosted on WordPress.com. We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.
To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

Your understanding of my problem is wrong. I am of course aware of the locate older posts button. My issue is not with the two posts i have mentioned but for posts that exist between these two.
Anyway thanks i will post on the WordPress.org forum.
