blog posts not updating on home page

  I would like my blog posts to appear on my home page and my blog posts menu whenever i update but sadly this is not happening. what do I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am also having this problem. I was creating my site with another theme and thought I would try this one because it is cleaner and doesn’t limit the number of posts on the front page. But it does not recognize the posts that I already created.
