Blog posts on other pages

  Can I add a page that displays posts under certain tags?
  Or can I just post a blog to another page, such as posting recipe posts on a “recipes” page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can do “tag archives.” Click on the tag (which will bring up all posts with that tag), take that address bar link, and add it as a custom link in a custom menu.
