Blog posts, pages and categories
-
Hi, I am creating a website with a static front page. On this front page, I have a description of my website with links to three pages. I want my blog posts to be seen on one of the three pages, depending on the topic of each blog. I start to have issues when I try to get my blog entries to post to one of the three pages. In the blog settings, I have selected the corresponding category, but the three links on the static homepage that lead to each page do not show the blog entries. How can I set it so that my blog entries can be seen on their corresponding page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You won’t need those three pages to display the posts from each of the three categories. Instead, you add a category to the menu to display posts from a specific category.
Using the Customer is one way to add categories to the menu. Here is a screen shot to show you where you will see the opportunity to add categories to the menu in the Customizer.

Thank you for your reply. However, the reason I want the separate pages is so that I can have an introductory paragraph at the top of each page, followed by the blog posts. Plus, I like the idea of linking to the other pages from photographs on a static front page. Let me explain in more detail and maybe you can get a better idea of what I’m trying to do.
I am trying to create a travel website with a static front page. On this front page, I have a description of my website with links/photos to three pages (here, there and everywhere, i.e. local, domestic and international travels). I want to be able to post my blogs, photos and videos on the page they match. In the blog settings, I have selected the corresponding category, but do not want the blogs to appear on a separate category page. How can I set it so that my blog entries can be seen on their corresponding page and not redirect to a separate categories page?

I’m a fan of category pages (https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/)
and they seem to do almost everything you want. Your menu item and any links you put on your home page will go directly to your posts ( not redirected to a secondary page)But another option is the Display Posts Shortcode. It will allow you to write your introductory paragraph on a page and then insert the shortcode which will pull in your selected content. It allows a lot of options on how to display your posts including selecting by category and a variety of display options.
