  is not visible,it goes to disappear-appear,disappear-appear…
  Here is the screenshot of how look like my dashboard whem I tried to come to my blog,from inside…there is a red dashboard line…

  This “red bar” has been cropping up over the past week or so. Staff is aware of the bug, and they will fix your blog for you:
