  That site is not hosted on WordPress.COM, it is a WordPress.ORG install so WordPress.COM can do nothing with the blog

  Really? You can’t suspend access to the WordPress.org servers? This site is very offensive.

  WordPress.ORG hosts no blogs – they are the keepers of the WordPress software

  You can try and get the Host to suspend them, or if there are ads on the site go after the advertisers for advertising on a hate site and cut down on their income

  You could ask over at WordPress.ORG if they have any suggestions, one note – don’t put the link in your post – these forums help with search engine rankings
