blog publishing problems

I’ve created and published a blog, I even got an email – ‘Congratulations you published your new post on….’, but when I click to get into my blog – there is a problem – ‘Something new is coming’ – it says and that’s all. I can’t see my blog.
Did I do something wrong or it just needs some time to show up.
Also when I was trying to review it before publishing – was the same info!
Please help! -

Thanks for the link, your site has not been launched yet – it is still set as private – that’s why you see the message you mentioned.
You can launch your site from My Home panel.
If you don’t want to upgrade to a paid plan right now, when you’re prompted to choose a domain, click on the last option and Skip purchase.

Go to My Site ->Manage ->Settings and click the Launch Site button.
That will load a screen that says to pick a domain. Look for the link that says Skip Purchase.
The next screen will ask you to select a plan. You’ll see a link to continue with the free plan at the top.
I also would like to change the language, i have selected a language, but no changes.
You can change the language for your site at My Site ->Manage ->Settings. But whether or not stuff on your site start displaying in that language will depend on whether it has been translated already. All translation on WordPress.com is done by the community, and it’s possible you might be using a theme that hasn’t been translated yet, or that other text that appears on your site hasn’t been translated yet.
