Blog randomly reverted to earliest format

What happened to my blogs theme? I have been working on customizing my blog and all of the sudden everything reverted to the initial format. Please help!

Which site are you having trouble with? http://lacqueredlady.me/ is using WordPress.org, not WordPress.com, so we’re unable to provide support for it. (More on the difference: WordPress.com and WordPress.org).
Support for WordPress.org is at http://wordpress.org/support/. I see you’re using Genesis, so you may also try the forums at http://studiopress.com .
Lastly, I see the Custom Design upgrade on your account. Since your site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com, you don’t need that upgrade (since it only works with WordPress.com accounts). Would you like me to refund that for you?

Hi there! Thanks for getting back to me. I determined that it was an issue with my bluehost account. I would actually love it if you could refund the unnecessary upgrade! Thanks for catching that. As you can tell I’m pretty new to the wordpress blogosphere :)

The Custom Design upgrade has been refunded; you should see it back in your account/on your card soon.
A suggestion—you can install the Jetpack plugin, which helps add to your BlueHost WordPress.org site a lot of the features we built for WordPress.com. There’s some cool sharing tools built in that will likely come in handy as your site grows :-)
You can read more about it at http://jetpack.me or install it via your site’s Plugins->Add New and search for Jetpack.
