Blog re-start

Hello, I had a wordpress blog “www.dubfields.com” hosted on justhost.com. A year or so ago, we let the hosting account expire and now wish to start up the blog again. My account “Dubfields” is still listed here as my blog but everytime I click on a link for it, it is as if the blog or account does not exist. I understand this is probably because my hosting account expired and everything was deleted but I am wondering if there is a way to still get my old material? If not, how can I delete the old blog on wordpress, set up a new one with the same name, and basically just start over?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your hosting provider may still have the material, but if they completely deleted your account when it expired, it’s gone for good.
You can register a new blog here at any time via https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/ and you’ll be able to register your old domain, if the registrar sent it back to the public market after expiration.
