Blog reading list

  I would like to add a blog reading list to my dashboard so that I have easy access to the blogs I’d like to follow. This reading list must NOT be reflectant on my actual blog page. It is only for me and must only be seen by me. Is this possible? I had something similiar on Blogger but cannot seem to find the option on Word Press.
