Hi there!
Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thank you!

Hi there,
fortysixblue.com is registered with GoDaddy.com, and its name servers are also pointed to GoDaddy.com, so GoDaddy are the only people who can help you make changes to that domain. fortysixblue.com has never been connected to any site on WordPress.com, and we cannot help with anything to do with that domain.
bridgetbirchett.com used to be connected to the WordPress.com site, bridgetbirchettcom.wordpress.com, under a different account than the one you’re using to post here. This domain is also registered with GoDaddy. The domain is still pointing to our servers, but the domain mapping upgrade that connected that domain here expired in July last year already.
If you want to reconnect that domain, you’ll first need to log into the WordPress.com account that owns bridgetbirchettcom.wordpress.com. If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.
Once you’re in the correct account, you can then upgrade to a paid plan and add a new domain mapping upgrade to reconnect the domain.

I think we are getting a bit confused by the following…
bridgetbirchett.com was also linked to fortysixblue.com
Please check for Fortysixbluereport it is linked to bridgetbirchett.com
Please check for Fortysixbluereport.com It is linked to BridgetBirchett.com
On one hand it reads you like you are saying that the two website URLs were linked to each other. On the other hand it reads like one site may have been linked to a username/account.
Could you help clarify the relationship/association between these two items for us?

Sorry for the confusion. Let’s focus on recovering Fortysixbluereport.com
Can you recover it?Thank you.

Happy to focus on one; perfect idea.
I see that domain used to be registered here with WordPress.com.
Can you tell me if this is the site that used to appear at that domain?
Once we know we are looking at the correct site, we can then talk about how to get the domain back for it. I look forward to your reply. :)

Hi! The next step is to help you get logged into the right account. Can you log out, and log back in with your other email address?
If you’re not sure which one, try commenting on one of the posts at https://fortysixbluereport.wordpress.com/ — you’ll usually get a notification via email. Check all your addresses, and log in with the one that got the notification.
OR
You can also use the account recovery process described here. Since you made a purchase under the other account, you should be able to use the transaction ID on a secure form:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-formJust be sure you don’t share the ID here in our public forum.

I don’t have access to the other emails associated with the blog/account. So I can’t comment on the blog.
