Folks regarding reply by Staff person Kokkieh reply#36839995
I’m trying to recover BridgetBirchett.com I filled out the recovery form and hit the submit button. It was rejected because it states BridgetBirchett.com is under WordPress.org. What should I do? I have transaction numbers from my bank to prove purchases from WordPress. Thank you

I don’t see any emails in our system from the email address on your account.
What email address did you send from when you contacted passwordhelp@wordpress.com ?
-
For the sake of clarity. What email are you looking for? Just checking to see if we are on the same page.

I search for emails sent from the email address you have under your account at https://wordpress.com/me/account
Did you email passwordhelp@wordpress.com as suggested?
If so, what email address did you send the email from?
-
I don’t have access to the email accounts associated with the blog. The accounts are hacked and I don’t want to send any sensitive information to the email accounts. Why is this issue taking so long to resolve?
-
As mentioned, this is not something we can assist with on the public forums.
