Blog redirect after Blog removal
-
I had a careerexponamibia.wordpress.com Blog which I removed as I had another site:www.careersexponamibia.com done for me. But for some reason, each time I try to navigate to the new site, I am taken to the old blog which is now offline. Is there anything I can do to have this work properly?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Oh dear – it looks as tough http://www.careerexponamibia.com was a a domain mapping to careerexponamibia.wordpress.com. In other words it never had a site of its own – it just sent you to the one that’s now deleted.

So you reckon if I check the DNS records of the domain owner, I should see that redirect and be able to remove it?
-
Ah I was wrong earlier – this is not a domain mapping it is a hard redirect at the server:
Request URL:http://www.careerexponamibia.com/ Request Method:GET Status Code:301 Moved PermanentlyThis is issued from serve-hosting.net who must have the redirect set up. You will have to get them to remove or change it
