Blog registering and hosting

  Once i acquire my domain for $17.00, does wordpress include hosting along with it? or do I have to find a host after paying the $17.00?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hosting at WordPress.com is free of charge. Yes you can purchase a domain mapping upgrade and still have the blog remain on free hosting by WordPress.com. No you do not have to hire a web host and move you content into it unless you want to.
