blog remains static

  Hi the theme I use (Responsive) is set to pull the blogs into the home page.

  I need the home page to be static and to have a separate blog page for blogs.

  Here’s what I did:
  * I created 4 pages: Home, Blog, About Us and Contact Us.
  * Then I went to Appearance/Customize and changed the settings as follows:
  -Front page to display a static page
  – Front page set to HOME
  – Posts page set to BLOG

  My home page became static, but my blog page isn’t working at all. I can see the content when it’s set on EDIT view but if I go to published, view it shows an error message (page not found).

  I’ve recreated this site twice now and it still does the same! Any ideas on why this is happening? Thanks!

  Thanks I managed to sort out thee problem – the mistake I made was to cut and past the copy, not post it! Thanks for taking the trouble to look, much appreciated.
