Blog reverted itself

  I’ve got a self hosted WordPress blog, and the other day I painstakingly changed the entire layout, wrote new content etc. I put a ton of work into my new site, and now all of a sudden it’s just reset to an earlier layout/content? I’m not happy in the slightest and I need it fixing asap because I go away travelling for a month soon, and plan to blog about my adventures
