Blog reverted old customisation settings
-
Hey all,
So I had previously set up a different number of customisation settings, namely header images and theme colour on my blog, which have been reverted back to the default settings. I have tried to re-apply my changes to the blog but everyone it is done, the desired changes do not appear. Occasionally I will get a wordpress.com page stating that my blog page has not been found when I refresh my browser.
I’m using the Nucleare theme.
Your help is much appreciated.

This just happened to my blog as well at myannoyingopinions.com. Header images disappeared, link colours changed and every page I’ve ever created is showing up on the menu bar. And none of my attempts to re-customize are taking–they seem to be but when I “save and publish” it just goes back to the wonky settings.

I also just lost the custom header (http://undina.com) and cannot re-apply it (I can’t even remove the default header).

Well, it looks like it’s system-wide. Going to bed hoping it will be better in the morning….

Thanks for the replies everyone. I did some looking around and it seems system-wide like myannoyingopinions has stated. Unfortunately for me, my day has just begun so I’ll be having to bear with this problem a while longer :(

And indeed it was fixed before I woke up. That is to say I was able to change everything back to what it should have been and the changes took this time. Mine is a hobbyist blog so no damage done–hope nobody else was badly affected.
Has there been any explanation of what happened? It would have been nice to receive a notification once the problem was identified and fixed.
