Blog roll on ‘About me’ main page

  Ok I am trying to do a main ‘About me’ page so it is the first thing people look at and know who they are dealing with.

  I seemingly have manage to conquer the first page, and make sure it is the first page that comes up…BUT how do I now, put a blog sign at the side so people know its the blog and can look at it? I have tried every widget but nothing shows! I am now scared that people who I have told of my site, wont be able to see my blog stuff!
