blog says coming soon/cannot launch

  the blog says coming soon, but when i go to launch site, it takes me straight to trying to buy a domain?

  there is no privacy settings option on my general settings page

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To launch your site, please go to Settings → General.
